Özet

Kitap yazarın değişik fakültelerde verdiği İngilizce ticaret hukuku derslerinde kullandığı notlarından yararlanılarak hazırlanmıştır. Yazar kitapta Türk Ticaret Hukukunun temel kavramlarını kullanıcı dostu bir anlayışla incelemeyi tercih etmiştir. Amaç, hem öğrencilerin hem de Türk ticaret hukuku hakkında bilgi edinmek isteyen profesyonellerin yararlanabileceği bir kitap meydana getirmektir. Ticaret hukukuna giriş, business law olarak da ifade edilebilen ticari işletme hukuku, şirketler hukuku ve en son olarak kıymetli evrak hukuku kitapta ticaret hukukunun ana dalları olarak farklı bölümlerde yer almıştır.
